Premium RTF Blend

Recommended Uses:
Parks and recreation areas, athletic fields, commercial use, home lawns.

Texture:
Moderate blade, nice green color year around.

Maintenance Rating 3 (Low Maintenance):
Very durable, self-repairing, good green color year around, 30% less water required than most fescues, fertilize every 4-6 weeks.

Moderate blade, even texture, even growing.

Maintenance Rating 2 (Low Maintenance):
Drought tolerant, requires fertilization every 6-8 weeks, slower growth habit, good durability, disease tolerant.

Good winter disease tolerance, excellent repairability, good deep green color, requires more water than Dwarf Fescue especially during hot season, requires more fertilizer than Dwarf Fescue, fertilize every 3-4 weeks.

Year round green color, Winter disease tolerance, adaptable up to 40% shade areas, tolerates shade better than other blends, good repairbility, requires more fertilizer than Dwarf Fescue, fertilize Spring, Summer and Fall, requires less water with good drainage.
