Premium RTF Blend

Recommended Uses:
Parks and recreation areas, athletic fields, commercial use, home lawns.

Texture:
Moderate blade, nice green color year around.

Maintenance Rating 3 (Low Maintenance):
Very durable, self-repairing, good green color year around, 30% less water required than most fescues, fertilize every 4-6 weeks.

Dwarf Fescue

Recommended Uses:
Front yard, back yard, commercial landscapes, golf courses.

Texture:
Moderate blade, even texture, even growing.

Maintenance Rating 2 (Low Maintenance):
Drought tolerant, requires fertilization every 6-8 weeks, slower growth habit, good durability, disease tolerant.

Dwarf Fescue Blue

Recommended Uses:
Front yard, back yard, commercial landscapes, athletic fields.

Texture:
Moderate

Maintenance Rating 3 (Low Maintenance):
Very durable, good green color year round disease tolerant, requires less water and fertilizer than Blue Rye, fertilize every 4-6 weeks.

Rye Blue

Recommended Uses:
Commercial landscapes, golf course tee boxes, baseball infields, home lawns.

Texture:
Plush, fine textured.

Maintenance Rating 4 (High Maintenance):
Good winter disease tolerance, excellent winter color, tolerates lower mowing for specific applications, good repairability, requires more fertilizer than Dwarf Fescue, fertilize every 3-4 weeks.

Elite Blue Rye

Recommended Uses:
Front yard, back yard, baseball infields, athletic fields.

Texture:
Fine, soft to the touch.

Maintenance Rating 4 (High Maintenance):
Good winter disease tolerance, excellent repairability, good deep green color, requires more water than Dwarf Fescue especially during hot season, requires more fertilizer than Dwarf Fescue, fertilize every 3-4 weeks.

Majestic Shade Blend

Recommended Uses:
Shade areas in most commercial and residential applications.

Texture:
Fine blade, soft to touch.

Maintenance Rating 4 (High Maintenance):
Year round green color, Winter disease tolerance, adaptable up to 40% shade areas, tolerates shade better than other blends, good repairbility, requires more fertilizer than Dwarf Fescue, fertilize Spring, Summer and Fall, requires less water with good drainage.

Meadow Mix

Recommended Uses:
Creek beds, erosion control, rugged low maintenance landscape, shady areas.

Texture:
Fine

Maintenance Rating 1 (Low Maintenance):
Water less often than other sods, growth height 6-12”, weed whack to 6” when needed, fertilize Spring and Fall with low nitrogen fertilizer.

Santa Ana Hybrid Bermuda

Very dense, fine bladed, aggressive sideways growth.
